Love nature? This time, we will be visiting the impressive trails of Oscense Pyrenees situated right at the limits of the provinces of Huesca and Lerida.

On this walk, surrounded by the amazing landscape, we’ll pass through the Montfalco’s Fountain, the Tartera’s Cliff, a Suspension bridge… until we reach our final destination: “The Congost de Mont-Rebei”.

The Congost de Mont-Rebei is a bridle path carved out of the cliff face of the fluvial gorge.

Over the years, the Noguera Ribagorçana river has eroded the Montsec mountains into two parts: Montsec d’Ares (Lerida, Catalonia) and Montsec de l’Estall (Huesca, Aragon), creating impressive walls reaching more than 500 meters high in free fall and with a minimum width of only 20 meters in some places.

Mont-Rebei is the only great gorge of Catalonia that hasn´t been affected by modern infrastructure, it still has no roads or electricity lines crossing it.
