When booking a tourist service the Client accepts the cancellation and not showing (if not presents) conditions, and other terms and conditions that may affect the reservation. Some rates or special offers do not allow changes or cancellations. If the Client wishes to review, modify or cancel a reservation, he/she should see the confirmation email and follow the instructions. Supplements may apply for cancellation in accordance with the cancellation and not showing conditions. If the client wishes to cancel these conditions will be applicable,

• For 1 day trips:
  • 100 % Refund if client cancels the trip 96 hours before the starting day of the trip
  • 50 % refund if client cancels the trip 72 hours before the starting day of the trip
  • 25 % refund if client cancels the trip 24 hours before the starting day of the trip
  • 0 % refund in case of no show up or cancellations in less than 24 hours before the starting day of the trip
  • 0 % refund after the trip starting time has passed.

  For Weekend trips which include Hotel/ hostel/transportation:

  • 100 % Refund if client cancels the trip more than 14 days before the starting day of the trip.
  • 0 % refund in case of no show up or cancellations in less than 14 days before the starting day of the trip.

• For the MALLORCA ERASMUS WEEKEND trip:
  Once you submit your information, we immediately book your hotel and ferry tickets, which are non-refundable per the providers’ policies, so please only book if you are certain you can attend.
  If you paid for the trip but you decided not to go forward with the reservation process (filling out the online form), inform us and we will provide you with a full refund.
  We provide 0 % refund in case of no show up on the trip.

• You will get Full Refund if Erasmus Barcelona has to cancel the trip.
