Here you can find all the sign-up forms for our upcoming Welcome Week events in Barcelona. These events are the perfect chance to meet new friends, enjoy great parties, and kick off your Erasmus experience in the best way possible!

Wrap up the semester with the Welcome Dinner of Spring 2025 Semester at Shoko — a night of free dinner, drinks, and amazing vibes for all Erasmus and international students in Barcelona. After dinner, the night continues with the legendary Kiss Kiss Bang Bang Party.

• People should arrive 21:30
  Free dinner from 22:00 to 23:00
  

• If they come late, no guarantee for food

• Includes 2 free drink tickets (valid until 23:59) for champagne or wine.

• Free entry to the after-party at Shoko.

Dinner spots are limited — everyone must sign up individually using the form below.
At the club, simply say: “I am on Shaz List” and show your confirmation email.

KISS KISS BANG BANG PARTY

• Kiss & Get Free Shots whenever the theme song “Besa Me” plays (every 30 minutes).

• After 23:00: Free Entry with Shaz List until 01:30.
  Arrive by 23:30 to avoid long lines.
